What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Paypal for secure payment processing. Paypal gives you the choice to pay with your credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, & bank echecks. Please note that you do not need to sign up for a separate Paypal account to purchase from our site.

Do you charge sales tax on my order?
Only orders shippped to California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of CA are not subject to CA sales tax.

When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
Orders received Mon-Fri before 2:00PM PST (5:00PM EST) will be processed for same day shipping. Orders received on weekends or weekdays after 2:00PM PST will be processed for shipping the next business day.
We use UPS to ship your garments, and offer UPS Ground Service (1-5 business days), 3 Day Service, 2 Day Air Service, 1 Day Air Service. Please choose the shipping service best suited to your needs during the checkout process.
You can track the progress of your order from within our site when you log into your account and view your order status, as well as get UPS tracking information here.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You may contact us (click here) within 7 days of receiving your item(s) if you wish to return/exchange your item(s). Please make sure the item(s) you want to return is(are) in NEW condition, and with all tags still attached. We are glad to return/exchange your item(s) less shipping costs. Items that show signs of use, are missing labels or tags are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

When you contact us, please provide us your name and order number, the item in question, and the reason for the return request. We will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return instructions to use to return the item(s).

Please use a safe and reliable shipper to return the item(s) safely. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping carton prominently displays the RMA #. Cartons not displaying a valid RMA # are subject to being refused. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will exchange/issue credit in the amount of the returned item(s) which you can use towards a future purchase. If you wish to get a refund instead, please specify this in your email.
